Make Your Play

Each wallet gets 10 plays per round. Every play resets the 120-second timer. Spend them early to build the pot or save them for the endgame. No one can see how many plays you have left.

🏆

Outlast Everyone

When the timer hits zero, whoever placed the last play wins 100% of the pot + half the server fee pool. Ten plays each — the deepest strategy wins, not the deepest wallet.

PSYCHOLOGY

Why You Can't Resist

10 Plays Each

Every wallet gets 10 plays per round. No infinite resets. No whale can brute-force the timer.

🧠

Blind Count

You can see your own remaining plays — but nobody else's. Is the opponent about to run out, or are they holding nine? Every move is a bluff.

🔥

Endgame Pressure

Late in the round, every play is precious. Do you burn your last chips to reset the timer, or pray someone else does first?

🎮

Skill, Not Slots

Timing, nerve, and resource management. When do you play? When do you hold? Every round is a new chess match.

👥

Blind Auction

Everyone watches the same timer with hidden counters. The chat erupts with every play. It's you vs the crowd — blind.

💎

Diamond Hands

Every play inflates the pot. The later in the round you play, the bigger the potential payout. But hold too long and someone else might claim it.

Rules & Fairness

Everything you need to know about the game.

Can I play at the last second to win?
No. Every play resets the timer back to 120 seconds. Playing when the clock shows 1 second just gives you a fresh 120-second timer. There is no "sniping" or "last-second steal." The only way to win is to be the last person to place a play before the timer expires naturally — meaning all other players must have either run out of their 10 plays or chosen not to play.
How is the winner determined?
Each wallet gets 10 plays per round. Every play resets the timer to 120s. When the timer reaches zero, whoever made the last play wins — no exceptions. The server timestamps every play, and all data is written to disk before any payout.
Why only 10 plays per wallet?
Without a limit, a whale could keep resetting the timer forever. Ten plays per round forces real strategy — every play is a decision. Do you burn plays early to inflate the pot, or save them for the final standoff?
Can I see how many plays others have left?
No. Your remaining plays are displayed only on your screen. Other players' counts are hidden — creating a blind auction dynamic. You never know who's out of plays and who's holding back.
Can the house manipulate the outcome?
No. The house has no player wallet and cannot make plays. The timer runs server-side but ticks are broadcast to all clients in real time. Anyone can verify the last play timestamp matches the zero-crossing. The house also respects the 10-play limit — we all play by the same rules.
Where does the server fee go?
50% of accumulated fees are awarded to the winner as a bonus. The remaining 50% covers infrastructure — RPC nodes, server hosting, and other unforseen fees, should they arise.

📖 How to Play

10 plays each. You and every other player get 10 plays per round.

Timer resets. Every play sets the clock back to 120 seconds. There is no last-second snipe.

Outlast to win. The winner is whoever made the last play when the timer finally reaches zero. You can't out-speed — you must outlast.

Hidden counters. Your remaining plays are shown only to you. Nobody knows who's almost out.

Strategy. Burn plays early to grow the pot, or hoard them for the end. Bluff. Read the room. Every play is a decision.

How to Play — Last to Play Wins

The Short Version

You and other players each get 10 plays per round. You take turns playing $LAST tokens. Every time someone plays, the 120-second timer resets to full. When the timer finally reaches zero (nobody played for 2 full minutes), whoever placed the last play wins everything — the entire pot plus a bonus from fees.

The Key Rules

• Each wallet: 10 plays max per round
• Each play: resets the timer to 120 seconds
• Last play before timer hits zero = winner
• Winner gets: 100% of the pot + 50% of all fees collected that round
• You can only see your remaining plays — not anyone else's

Why Sniping Doesn't Work

Since every play resets the timer, you cannot "snipe" at the last second. Playing at 1 second just gives everyone a fresh 120-second clock. The only way to win is to outlast everyone else.

How to Win

The winner is whoever placed the last play when the timer expires. Since you can't see others' remaining plays, you have to read the room:

• If the timer is ticking down and nobody is playing, they may be out of plays — that's your moment to make the winning play.
• If you play and someone else immediately plays after you, they still have ammo — you need to outlast them.
• Don't waste plays early. The player with plays remaining when everyone else is empty wins the round.

It's a game of observation and resource management, not speed or luck. The person who wins is almost never the one who played the most — it's the one who still had a play left when everyone else ran dry.

Example Round

4 players, 10 plays each (40 total possible plays):

1. Player A plays (timer → 120s). A has 9 left.
2. Player B plays (timer → 120s). B has 9 left.
3. Player A plays again (timer → 120s). A has 8 left.
4. ...plays continue flying, timer always resetting...
5. Player D uses their 10th and final play (timer → 120s). D has 0 left.
6. Players A, B, C still have 2-3 plays each.
7. Nobody plays for 60 seconds. Everyone is watching.
8. Player C plays (timer → 120s). C has 1 left. C is now the last player.
9. The timer ticks down. 90... 60... 30...
10. Players A and B have plays but don't use them — they hope C is done.
11. 5... 4... 3... Player B panics and plays (timer → 120s). B has 1 left.
12. Another standoff. 90 seconds of silence.
13. Timer hits zero. Player B made the last play. B wins.

Player B won by holding their nerve until the very end and placing the play that nobody else could answer.

Why 10 Plays?

Without the limit, a rich player could play 1,000 times and the round would never end. 10 plays forces everyone to make every play count. Same limit for everyone — rich or poor, whale or shrimp.
